Weekly Dances
Wednesday Night Zydeco
at the PPAA
Cascade Zydeco sponsors a weekly zydeco lesson and CD dance at the
Portland Police Athletic
Association dance hall. Basic zydeco lessons
start at 7:15 with CD dancing
from 8:00 to 10:00. No partner required.
The tentative monthly schedule for dance instructors is as follows:
First Wednesday: Adam and Ali Grimshaw
Second Wednesday: Penny & Phil
Third Wednesday: Roland and Janine Jemerson
Fourth Wednesday: Craig Schultz
Cover Charge: $3 Cascade Zydeco members; $5 general. PPAA is located at 618 SE Alder.
PPAA Hall will begin taking plastic recycling
items on Wednesday nights. Check out what items can be recycled
and bring yours.
